an effort to provide efficient and timely support to
all of our customers, the following support options
apply to Lumen Designer customers:
Annual
Maintenance Contract (US$295 per year per site)
- Unlimited
phone, email, and fax support for Lumen Designer
- E-mailed
updates (including necessary files or download link) every
time we post a maintenance update on our website.

Those
customers without maintenance contracts:
- Email
and fax support only for Lumen Designer. Phone support
is available to new customers for 30 days from the
day your license is issued.
Details:
- The
annual maintenace contract is for your entire office (site).
No need to purchase additional contracts if your office
owns multiple copies
- The
annual maintenance contract is for any combination
of Lumen Designer, Lumen Micro and Simply products.
Please note that Photopia has a separate technical
support policy.
- New
users have a grace period, where phone support is free for
30 days from the day your license is first issued.
- Phone
Support is available from 8:00am to 5:00pm Mountain Standard
Time (MST). We are 2 hours behind New York, and 7 hours
behind London.
- Web-based
maintenance updates are available to all of our customers.
Those without a maintenance contract should check our website
periodically for updates.
Please

annual maintenance contract.
