Q: How can I mirror an array of luminaires?

A: This feature has been disabled. A work around for this is to copy the array of luminaires and rotate the array as necessary.

Q: How do I change the suspension length of a luminaire?

A: First, select the luminaire to change. Next, from the Modify pull down menu select Edit Properties. When the Edit Luminaire Properties window is open, select the entity tab and change the suspension length. Note that the suspension length is measured down from the ceiling of the room, not from objects above the luminaire.

Q: When creating an array of luminaires I change the location coordinates, but the location of the luminaires does not change. Why?

A: The problem is a result of changing the location coordinates prior to creating the array. If the location you enter and the array size result in luminaires being placed outside of the room, Lumen Micro will adjust the position that they fit. The best solution is to create the array first, then change the location coordinates.
