FAQ : Lumen Micro Printing

Q: When printing from Lumen Micro, the printout is blank or erroneous.

A: There is an incompatibility between your system printer and Lumen Micro. Perform the instructions outlined below:

  1. Update Lumen Micro to the latest build. See Downloads.
  2. Update your printer driver by going to the web page of your printer company.
  3. Update your video card driver by going to www.windrivers.com and then locate your video card's manufacturer and model name. This is essential, even if you have a new card. If you do not know the make and model, go to your Control Panel | Display | Settings | the "Advanced" button (Win9x) or "Display Type" button (WinNT or 2000). You will need to know the following information (If you are unsure about how to do a search, please email this information to support@lighting-technologies.com, along with a brief description of the problem, your name, and your company name):
    • Video Card manufacturer
    • Video Card model
    • Driver (Software) Version
    • Your operating system (Windows 95, 98, Me, NT, or 2000)
