Q: When
printing from Lumen Micro, the printout is blank or
erroneous.
A:
There is an incompatibility between your system printer and
Lumen Micro. Perform the instructions outlined below:
- Update
Lumen Micro to the latest build. See Downloads.
- Update
your printer driver by going to the web page of your printer
company.
- Update
your video card driver by going to www.windrivers.com and
then locate your video card's manufacturer and model name.
This is essential, even if you have a new card. If
you do not know the make and model, go to your Control
Panel | Display | Settings | the "Advanced" button (Win9x) or
"Display Type" button (WinNT or 2000). You will need to
know the following information (If you are unsure about
