Free Technical Support for Photopia is offered for the first 45-days after the program is licensed. All technical support after this time is covered by one of the Annual Support Options.

Annual Support Options:

The annual options for Photopia relate to access to product support, library and maintenance updates and the Parametric Optical Design Tools (PODT) module. Annual options are not required to maintain access to the main program and libraries. The prices listed below apply to the first license. Additional licenses receive a 50% discount on these prices.

1. The Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) $995/year - This covers product support, library updates and program maintenance releases.

2. Annual Design and Upgrade Package (ADUP) $1995/year - This includes the AMC plus access to the PODT module and major program updates. The PODT module is therefore the only part of Photopia that is not a part of your permanent license.
